Event planners have changed a lot. According to Cvent’s latest Planner Sourcing Report, hybrid events, room diagramming and safety are key drivers in how they source venues.

• 48% of planners surveyed said that they are planning hybrid events.
• 44% of planners rate room diagramming as a top concern when planning hybrid events.
• 45% of planners say that safety precautions will be one of the biggest changes made to their event programmes compared to 2019.
